I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Intercom (Dublin, Dublin) in Feb 2016
Interview
I applied on their official website and got contacted after few weeks by one of the recruiters who was very friendly and helpful since the first beginning and until the very end. I had one phone call (aprox. 45min) with her first. After a positive feedback, I was invited to meet my future manager onsite (45min). The next step was another onsite interview with the manager of Sales (30-45min) and a phone call with the VP of Sales (aprox.30 min). A short test and simulation followed (30min) and shortly after I was invited once again onsite to meet the team. Once all the steps were completed and the feedback was positive, I was offered the job. It was the most personal and pleasant process I have ever experienced. Everybody was very nice and kind, willing to explain anything and chat some minutes extra if needed, answered all my questions, showed themselves as patient, available and transparent.
