If got shortlisted then you will Interviewed by an senior engineer with highly technical questions and test your skill sets .(My experience )

A lot of questions on Highway design of Plan & Profile, IRC codes, previous projects worked on. Technical questions were very tough and twisted. The interviewer was polite. Also asked basic questions like why I want to leave my existing job, etc
