I was then invited for an on-site interview, but after the initial greeting, things quickly went downhill. The interviewer was extremely unprofessional, frequently using profanity and even insulting my hobby when I was asked, “What do you do outside of work?” I’m not sure what prompted this behavior or why it would be tolerated at this organization.
