I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Intercontinental Exchange (Mumbai) in June 2020
Interview
I was contacted by a talent management company then I got call from ICE's HR, he asked me couple of questions to check my background and knowledge on statistics.
Online interview was scheduled with 4 senior employees of ICE in Europe time, out of which only 2 joined the call, the HR was not present and 4th member did't speak at all. 1st member asked me technical questions on programming languages like R, SQL, Python.
2nd member asked me at least 20 questions on Statistics, out of which 6-7 questions were only on Uniform distribution. He asked me to draw a graph on screen and expected me to tell him what he was thinking rather than listening to my answer.
I was very disappointed when the 2nd member told me "I think you should pull out your statistics textbooks, they might have caught some dust".
He has a Ph.D. in statistics and this statement just went on to show how arrogant he was at his position. Honestly, I am glad I was selected to not work here.

Question 1
To the best of your knowledge, explain the role of a clearing house do?
They reached out to me multiple times over the year, and some were from the same recruiter; they asked to set up the call and then ghost. Wouldn't recommend as the least decent gesture they can do is follow up.
