Interfaith Community Services interview questions

I was interviewed three times. After the first interview I was told yes and that I would receive my offer the same day or within the next day. In the second I was told I was “the perfect candidate.” After the third interview I was denied immediately via email. I received a message today for a fourth interview and was told the denial was “an error.”

Three interviews. The 1st is a phone call with a recruiter. The 2nd interview is with the hiring manager via teams. The 3rd is with the hiring manager and some of the leadership team via teams. I am not sure what happens after that since I was ghosted.
