I met with a coordinator, then manager, and finally with my director. The interview started with a basic grammar test and then went into typical employment history but with a focus on your passions.

The person leaving gave two weeks notice. A friend referred me for the position. I submitted resume and cover letter. Interviewed with CEO and COO about social media and volunteers. Background check and hired within 24 hours.

Nothing. I mentioned they had a Pinterest and the CEO didn't know they had one at the time. So it pays to research, people.
