Three step interview process: recruiter, two developers with a comprehensive set of technical and non-technical questions around a multitude of areas in software, and then one last interview with Head of Engineering and Product Lead. The whole process was pretty smooth, quick and respectful. They were all very friendly, and showed willingness to answer any reverse interview question I had. You really could tell they have an open mind when it comes to technical practices. I came off really impressed, but I had another offer that I ended up favoring.
