Interior Logic Group Customer Service Representative CSR interview questions

Initial call with Senior Account Manager to talk about the role and my qualifications. Went in for a formal interview the following week. Then a 30 minute video call with the Director. They followed up 1 week later expressing their intent to give me an offer and said they would expedite the request to HR. I checked in a few more times after that. Then the director called me, saying they could offer much lower than what was originally discussed. I reiterated my salary expectations and they said they would see what they could do, but not to count on it. I checked in one more time a few days after that. They responded that they went with another candidate. Overall a very scattered and informal interview process. I kept having to follow up for responses. Nice people but there were some red flags about this company.
