The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Interior Specialists in Jan 2018
Interview
Interview was fairly easy. I was interviewed by 3 people at the same time. The interview lasted about 30 minutes. They went over my resume line by line and asked questions regarding each employer and what my work duties were.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Interior Specialists (North Indianapolis, IN) in Dec 2017
Interview
I received a phone call from the local sales manager inviting me to an in-person interview. The interview was very comfortable and conversational. The manager explained the job in detail and did a great job of introducing me to the company and explaining their future goals. After the interview, I was asked for a list of references - all of whom the manager did call. A few days later I was invited to a second interview with the general manager, which was equally professional and conversational.
This seems like a great place to work. I would have loved to contribute to, and learn from, this particular group of women and was terribly disappointed to be just shy of what they were looking for this time around. I would absolutely apply with this company again.

Interview
Interactive, detailed. You must know the field well and the technology well to completed the bidding process. I am not certain what any new hiring process will look like now with the buyout as I am guessing it will now be more a good ole boys network.
