All virtual. You have to present videos through a program that allows you time to review the questions before answering them. You have 3 tries before submitting your answer. It's easy to use and you feel more comfortable because you have the time to reflect on your answers.

The interview process has been bery simple thus far. I have had two interviews through the Hireview app and my final one will be a Zoom session with the hiring manager.
