After applying, I was linked to their AI screening chatbot for a voice-to-text transcription interview. I was asked general questions about my past experience which was saved after stopping for a few seconds when it assumed I finished talking. There was no opportunity to elaborate or answer anything beyond a basic screening or get in the details of what I had accomplished in my experience for the role. All a waste of time and just another terrible ATS screening tool to filter out candidates instead of having HR actually do their job.

Terrible "interview" experience. The "virtual recruiter" was completely pointless and shows a total lack of respect for the PROFESSIONALS applying to these position. Every question it asked me it transcribed wrong. I said "yes" and it transcribed "sound of glass breaking." with no possibility to adjust. After this atrocious experience, I reached out to my recruiter, Kelsey Johnson, with a revised transcript of my "interview" explaining that everything transcribed incorrectly. I was removed from consideration the next day and when I reached out for feedback I was met with crickets. It's very obvious that the company's ego and inability to accept criticism are far greater than their workforce needs. JFC

After applying, I received a text message stating that the next step in the interview process is a question screen with a chatbot, followed by a voice screen with a "Virtual Recruiter."
This indicates a lack of care for the role and interview process on the part of the company. If they can't muster enough care and interest to pay people to screen or talk to potential employees, then I, for one, see no reason to continue.
