Applied online. Received a call about 2 weeks later and went in for an interview. I was 10 minutes early and the security guard wouldn’t let me inside, told me to wait outside in the Florida heat until it was “closer to the scheduled time”. Once I went in, I walked around looking at the jewelry with nobody saying a word to me. Finally a manager comes out and introduces himself after someone pointed to me. The manager told me he recently came from selling furniture. I had 4 years of experience as well as certifications from GIA and never heard a call back. Would definitely had declined. Looks like they’re looking for a manager at that store now as well. Received another offer and helped open up a luxury jewelry store in the area.
