International Equipment interview questions

After reviewing my resume and talking with another employee that was familiar with my work ethics and abilities, I was interviews locally by the operations manager from the home office. During the interview I was totally candid about my past and my accomplishments with other companies that I had been associated with. After the interview, I was made an offer that I countered with the information that I would make more where I was. I was then told that I would be receiving confirmation along with an offer letter in the near future. Within the week I received a letter spelling out the terms of my employment with an offer of the exact salary that I had requested.
