I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at International (Indianapolis, IN) in Apr 2011
Interview

My manager even had me come back for a second interview just to make sure that this was the job that I wanted. The 1st interview had a group of 4-5 people that interviewed. I didn't feel a lot of pressure.

Interview
Interview itself was not bad, many of the questions are what you would exactly expect. The hiring process, however is poorly managed. Goal post kept moving when it came for the timeline to receive an offer. By the time it came it was too late.
