Entrevista comandada por un mediador con 10 o mas supervisores y gerentes, donde se realizan cuestionamientos personales y tecnicos. Por ejemplo preguntas de situaciones rutinarias, desarrollar tu experiencia y probar tu calidad como persona y capacidad apra hablar ingles.

Un poco largo, tomo más de dos meses debido a vacaciones de invierno, en general todos muy amables y dispuestos a responder tus preguntas, se hacen 3 entrevistas, con RH con tu jefe/s en panel, y con el jefe de tu jefe directo. Tambien se hace pruebas psicometricas y de examenes de salud en general, incluido antidoping
