      I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at International

      The interview was fairly laid back. There were two interviewers, both engineering managers. The vast majority of the questions where the standard behavioral "tell me a time when" questions. The STAR method wasn't explicitly mentioned, but the questions were pretty much worded to make you answer them with that method. There were a few "technical" questions, basically just asking how much experience I had with certain tools.
