I interviewed at International Paper APPM (Carson, CA)
Interview
The interview process was laid back and more informal but professional. After the computer test you'll speak face to face with two people while the head of HR sits in as an eye witness. They asked several mechanically inclined questions more or less "yes or no" answers. If you have any blemishes in your criminal history, they ask for it to be explained "in your words".
