Fairly straightforward phone interview. It was quick; lasted only about 20 minutes. Standard scenario questions.
The interviewer did not ask many questions about my personal or professional background. The questions were fairly vague.

Two different interviews, initially with a recruiter, and then the program team. Apparently a third interview as well, but I didn't make it that far. The process is incredibly from initial application to each consecutive interview.

Interview
Formal one hour interview was requested after submitting an application with a resume and a cover letter responding to a position. The interviewers came prepared with very specific questions that were organized to highlight personal interests, work history and future goals. They described the position and the management style and work culture. They were very positive and welcoming.
