I applied through other source. I interviewed at International Rescue Committee (San Diego, CA) in July 2022
Interview
Easy, fair, with questions related to immigration services and the interviewer was really polite. I felt comfortable and confident during the interview. And what I liked most, was the fact the the interviewer cared about my experience and my future plans.

It was two interviews with simple questions regarding your experience. The first interview was with the hiring manager, and the second was with the person directly supervising you. Both interviews were at normal levels of difficulty.
