Easy-going, they made you feel comfortable. A bit disorganized though. They made a quite thorough introduction into IRC's work (basically info one could find in their website), explained a bit more about the position, asked some general questions about me and my previous experience, and then gave me some 5-6 minutes to ask any questions I got. I never heard back from them after that.
