I had a phone interview with the HR manager. The phone interview was short and informal. I got a call back several days later and went in for an interview with the hiring manager, HR manager, and plant manager. It was about another week before I heard back from them with an offer.

Interview process consisted of one phone (with Manager) and two in-person interviews (Manager and Lab Supervisor). During the interview both Manager and Supervisor were putting accent on what are their expectations, repeating over and over same thing.
