I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Internet Brands
Interview
I applied online and it took them nearly a month to respond. I had a phone interview with a very enthusiastic and personable recruiter. The interview was pretty basic, we talked about the company, the position and my resume. Although the company and the position seemed great, the salary was out of my range. So she offered to interview me for the SEO Account Manager position and I agreed. She was extremely helpful, and even allowed me to email her an updated copy of my resume before my interview with the hiring manager. Unfortunately, I had to cancel after accepting a much better position with a different agency. Although I accepted another position, this hiring process was one of the most pleasant I have ever endured.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Internet Brands (Los Angeles, CA) in June 2014
Interview
It was all over the phone. The recruiter was very nice and friendly. We spent time talking about my work history and my knowledge of SEO. When I applied, I didn't have much SEO experience, but the recruiter had told me it was an entry-level position. I guess that's how the SEO world is!
