I applied through other source. I interviewed at Intero Real Estate Services (Morgan Hill, CA)
Interview
Lots of looking up and down at me which was not great, Mostly small talk as if you're hired already but we need to have an interview. I was shown around the office and where I would sit. I was told Tuesday office meetings are somewhat mandatory, but otherwise I'm the boss of my own business.

I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Intero Real Estate Services (Rocklin, CA) in July 2014
Interview
Unfortunately I didn't stick with my plan of interviewing four brokerages. I met with the broker for Intero and he threw a great sales pitch, and closed me as a new hire.
He's a great salesman, but as a manager/broker he didn't fulfill my expectations. Maybe rainmaker types aren't good managers. In corporate America I had direct and honest feedback, as a Realtor, I found the job situation to be much less ethically run.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Intero Real Estate Services (San Jose, CA) in June 2014
Interview
It was really a two-way interview since I was trying to decide which Intero Brokerage to work with. Intero is looking for ethical, honest and hard working, independent people who will do what is right for clients. .
