Interrupt interview questions

The Interrupt interview process was, quite honestly, unprofessional from start to finish. It involved two on-site interviews with different team members. The first session included lunch at the brewery located next to Interrupt and a tour of the offices. I received an online meeting link for the second session, even though the interview was meant to be in-person. Once this confusion was cleared up, I ended up being late. The second interview, once I arrived, involved 7-8 team members in the conference room, asking basic questions about my creative process. During the second session, I also met with Interrupt's owner/CEO, who asked me questions about my marital status, whether I had children, and where they went to school. And that was that. I never heard a further word from the company after I walked out the door.

I came in for multiple interviews with various team members and a shadowing opportunity. The overall experience was pleasant but seemed lengthy in process. However, given the understanding of the company and the culture, it was important that they take their time and make the right decision.
