Falta de comunicación y seguimiento. El departamento de RH no le interesa dar estatus del proceso, las instalaciones se veían bien. Pasaron 3 semanas en todo el procedimiento pero solo tuve dos entrevistas y después de la segunda fue un completo abandono del proceso
