It was very long with moments of ghosting, zero communication, or feedback of any kind. It was frustrating and left me wondering what was going to happen next. Overall, a disappointing experience that didn’t reflect great on the company.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at IntraNerve Neuroscience
Interview
I had a virtual interview to start out. Asked basic questions about myself and my experience. A few situational questions. It was very pleasant. I then waited to hear back and received and email to go to the next step which was meeting the managers. Here is where I felt the experience went kinda downhill. I met the managers at a restaurant, one was over an hour late due to a case. The other started off the interview, asked minimal questions. I asked most of the questions the entire interview. They made it seem like it went well and that I would hear from the educator next. I had a phone interview with the educator and it seemed to have went well also...however, I got an email a week later stating they were going with other candidates. Not sure why they would bother interviewing me 3 different times to say "sorry, not you". Kind of ridiculous process.
