Interview
Straight forward process - I got interviewed by the HR rep & the Sales Director over the phone. I was then invited in their office to run a presentation on the company solutions with a panel of 3 people. Very laid back and didn't feel formal. I was made an offer two weeks later.

Met with a bunch of members of potential team that you are looking to join. Team is all very helpful and nice. Most behavioral questions.

Interview
There is a role play and prospects list ppt preparation for 2nd or 3 rd interview. The role play is a friendly one, not a tough one. One should present soft sales skills to make them feel qualifies.
