The HR department of CIBC - Intria, is based in Alberta, Edmonton, Telephone interview was conducted first, basically just to give you more information about the job, such as the job duties, nature of the job and location of the processing center. Phone interview process is very simple as it is only a follow up call regarding your application. e.g. Why are you interested in working with us? What's your background? Describe your previous job ? The actual interview takes place a couple of days after where it will be at the processing center of Intria. Interview is night time with the Manager of the department (night -shift). Very simple interview, basically they are looking for people who will fit there schedule and whom have experience of working at the bank. Job can be very boring and routine, and pay is at 12 dollars an hour.
