I was disappointed to learn I could not move forward after the practical and technical rounds, especially when informed the decision was based on "a couple of application" issues rather than a comprehensive evaluation of my performance. While I understand the need to process a high volume of applications, using what seemed like non-valid reasons for my elimination after investing significant time in the 12-hour practical test felt unfair. I believe my skills were not fully considered and found the feedback on the disqualifying factors unclear and arbitrary. This experience left me with the impression that the selection process was more focused on volume constraints than a merit-based assessment.

first round is over the call and after that they called me for one on one interview they have 2 rounds interview and after that they take your basic understanding for knowledge about the industry and sales
