Horrible experience!! Flew from another state for the onsite interview and the recruiter didn't even care to communicate the hiring decision or respond to any of my emails after the interview process was over. Such experiences tells you a lot about the company culture. Glad I didn't make it through.

3 stages - 30 minute phone screening, 1 hour technical interview with the hiring manager, then the final round is a full day on-site interview (including panel presentation and (6) 30-min interviews)
