I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Intuitive (Sunnyvale, CA) in Aug 2019
Interview
I was contacted fairly quickly once I submitted my resume. I did have an inside contact though. The hiring manager reached out directly and we had a great conversation. He involved the recruiting team and within a week I had a series of 5 interviews (some onsite and some on the phone). It was the most impressive interview process I have been through, as it happened so fast and it was very efficient.

I submitted my application online. I was emailed a few days later inviting me to a phone interview where the recruiter gave more information about the role. Unfortunately, if you are not a native English speaker, you may face challenges moving forward with the process. Despite being overqualified, I suspect that my accent may have played a role in the recruiter's decision not to move forward with my application.

Interview
Friendly interviewers and laid back conversation, overall I really enjoyed the experience and received an offer. The company culture seems friendly and inviting as well. I would recommend this company to those looking for a job in the "medtech" field.
