Interview
The interview process at Intuitive was very personalized and unique. I had the opportunity to meet with many people across different departments and functions which allowed me to get a good sense of what life at Intuitive would be as well as get to know many of the colleagues I would be working with. Every person I met made me feel at ease allowing me to perform at my full potential. The interview process felt more like an onboarding with the Company. Every person I met showed real passion for their job, commitment, humility and team work

Question 1
The questions mainly revolve around my previous experience in a similar role as well as my attitude on the job and with my team. They asked me to provide examples of professional situations where I showed leadership and the ability to think agile or influence senior stakeholders. Based on the nature of the role I was interviewing for, they asked me to provide examples of my ability to think and act strategically, to connect the dots and create an overarching and consistent approach to HR initiatives and processes
