Pretty easy and relaxed, nothing too difficult, standard behavioral and a couple of technical depending on the round and position. Interviewers were super nice and I received feedback very quickly

Asked about experiences on my resume and probed the technical aspects
The initial screening interview was facilitated via Zoom. They started by giving me a summary of the team they are a part of. Furthermore, they asked about the bullets on my resume. They also asked me to provide detail about any academic projects and relevant experience.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Intuitive (Santa Barbara, CA) in Feb 2022

the first round of phone interviews both experience and technical-based, asked about resume items as well as very basic technical considerations for design such as stress, failure modes, motors, and such. the second round had 2 halves: 1 with the team lead for a behavioral type/chatting type, and second half with 2 design engineers to walk through design considerations and concepts for a product, detailing design decisions
