Interview
Phone interview is the first round,which is straight forward. Followed by a one on one with the hiring manager, where you dive into the day to day and what is expected of the role.
I was an entry level interview that required a few more steps before they get to the final interview. I was asked a series of questions then told I would be contacted back and I was within the time frame they gave.

Interview
One 45 minute zoom interview. Fairly relaxed, just me and HR manager. Some questions about me as a person, others regarding my experience in sales. She also gave a short spiel on all the duties that the job would encompass.
