Inventive SMi interview questions

I attended the interview through Bluesky consultants.The interview process had 3 rounds.The HR interview ,Operations interview and one more. The next day they informed me that I was selected for the position. I did not receive the Offer letter but the bluesky consultant kept on telling me that the joining will be in first week of sept and they will give offer letter just a week before.And in the first week of September they informed me that they need males candidates and I should look for another job.

I applied online for BDE and there were 3 rounds of interviews. 1st one is HR, 2nd one is operational to check your knowledge about company and lead generation. And the last one is final interview to check your thought process.
