Face to face interview, after a phone interview. The CTO queried me about my skills, which I fulfilled in full detail. I went on about my personal experiences in other companies and managed to secure the position. I was quizzed (verbally) about visualization, server setup, windows, hyper-V, etc. I managed to shadow the senior installer and replaced him.
