Inventure Design interview questions

Three interviews. First was one hour with two members of the team. The second interview was a half hour with the hiring manager and a principal. The third interview was with the managing principal. Everyone was very nice and they were very up front with their benefits, which are wonderful benefits I might add. They seem like they would be great to work for/with.
