No surprises during the interview and fairly straightforward and comparable to other organizations.

Was referred by a recruiter and met the hiring manager in the Sandyford office for a standard interview. Overall a neutral experience. When I asked about company culture, was told this wasn't an American company.
However, I never received a follow-up after the interview, whether to hear about next steps or confirm that I had not received an offer.
