Video interveiw using HireVue. 6 questions that were fairly simple, however they did require some preparation for maximum chance of employment. One question that caught me out was "What piece of literature has stood out to you over the years?"
after completing the online tests I was invited to an exploratory HR face to face interview. the lady giving the interview was a young lady who was fairly uninterested in what I had to say and argued points where she was in the wrong. i think our disagreement here went on to cost me the interview. she also asked some questions lacking gravity, disappointing to know you are being judged on such triviality

Applied online and then invited to 'exploratory interview' in London with a woman from HR. She did not seem very interested in what I was saying and spent most of the time looking at a print out of my application and CV.
