Had there interviews. 2 phone interviews with HR that were basic personality questions - strengths/ weaknesses etc.
One interview with the group which wasn't even an interview just listened to the two guys talk for a while and they barely asked me any questions about myself. Then found out the position is hourly pay... seriously for a CRE Analyst at a bank in NYC they should be offering a lot more.
I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Investors Bank in Mar 2021
Interview
Was very easy to tell I was going to get the job. They seemed desperate even though they we’re playing hard to get. Three to four rounds of the same questions, just different people.

Question 1
Didn’t really ask me any direct questions, just basically told them my experiences.
Interview process was seamless, contacted by talent acquisition, met with HM and the team to discuss role, experience, resume. Mainly behavioral based but a few questions on excel/PowerPoint, modeling, etc
