A series of many Interviews, seems fair. The first one is an English proficiency test. The last two ones were video based. They always give feedback on the process of the interview.

Confusing, still cannot figure out what i did. Interview pattern has changed significantly now. It is all computerized, with no real interviewers involved; which is not a problem, but made the process

Interview
The entire process was done without meeting a person. There was a test gorilla c2 English and Critical thinking stage; there was also a stage where I was tested by being asked to provide prompts and responses that satisfy conditions considered when training an AI

I was given a prompt and 3 different prompts and asked to pick one which should be most fitting.
I applied online. The process took 10 months. I interviewed at Invisible Technologies (Newcastle)
Interview
The screening process was very lengthy, first will be the English timed test. Then a SFT type assessment, which is typically the entire process but in my case they was and additional 3 assessment catering to the specific project I would take. Overall for this position there isn't an actual interview just multiple screening.
