I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Invodo (Austin, TX)
Interview
Long. They asked that I come back multiple times to interview with a series of people. It was disorganized. They didn't seem to know what they wanted exactly. It seems like it was a ploy to get strategies from others.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They wanted me to outline what strategy I would employ. They then have you present the strategy and implement the strategy without hiring the person.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Invodo (Austin, TX) in May 2010
Interview
Numerous phone screens with hiring manager and additional managers and executives. This is followed by a round of in-person interviews at Invodo offices with the hiring manager, employees from the team you will work with, and a couple of executives.. The final step is to give a presentation to a group of 8 - 10 people. You are provided a scenario and are given about 45 mins to present on that topic in a role play. In my case, I had to do a sales pitch as if I were an Invodo sales rep and the meeting attendees were a target customer. You are not given much to go by to prepare the presentation and have to do a lot of research to find out what you would need to know to successfully prepare and deliver the presentation and answer the questions thrown at you.

Question 1
Specific questions about pricing and solution deployment during the role play presentation when I had not been given access to that information.
