A lot of going around and around. A lot of time between interviews, a lot repetition and unnecessary interview steps with staff which could be combined as a group interview. They drag their feet even between interviews and answering questions and drag the overall process. There's a general lack of urgency, or courtesy with the interviewee's time and commitment to the process.
