Long process and they ask to come for onsite just for coding assessment and outwardly rejects even after answering correct solution. Such a waste of time and efforts. Looks like they are just doing ghost interviews
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Inworld AI
Interview
I first had a video call with a recruiter of the company. Then I had an onsite coding interview. It was followed by a virtual system design interview. The final two interviews were virtual behavioral interviews with leadership team members.
Everyone was friendly and respectful. They were prompt in letting me know whether I could proceed to the next step (same business day as the interview), which I greatly appreciated. The whole interview process was well-organized and systematic.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Inworld AI (Mountain View, CA) in June 2025
Interview
I had a series of interviews with the management team, and every single conversation -- whether technical or about the product -- was deep, respectful, and genuinely interesting. It was a pleasure to interact with everyone; they're not just technically strong but also good people.
