I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Iodine Software (TX) (Austin, TX) in Feb 2017
Interview
Interview process: applied online > completed personality assessment and logic tests online > phone interview with HR > completed Top Grade career history form > phone interviews with potential future supervisors > onsite interview. Although the Top Grade can be daunting for some folks, compared to interviews with other companies (e.g., the federal government, Chemonics, Epic), the interview process was not outrageous or particularly difficult. If you approach Top Grade as an opportunity to showcase your talents, background, give Iodine an insight into how you think and approach problems, and expound on your goals and passion for the future, you can't go wrong! Does it take several hours? Yes, absolutely. I'd argue that a more involved interview process ensures that you work with truly great coworkers that actually want to be there - an invaluable element of what makes Iodine's company culture so special. One of the other reviewers noted that this interview methodology ensures that you have a "vanilla company culture" and I couldn't disagree more. I've had nothing but positive experiences with any employees either in the interview process or while I've worked at Iodine. I have, without reservation or hesitation, recommended Iodine to friends looking for a career change.
