The interviewee lack of professionalism and judgemental, keep asking irrelevant questions that were not directly related to job description, the interviewee trying to tell he had designed several bikes and it wasnt related to the job details that I need to know, im not too sure if he was trying to say he is smarter, this is how you choose a potential candidate?
