Iowa Department of Transportation interview questions

Initial interview with 4 individuals who asked 7 questions that were sent via email the day prior to the interview. Behavioral-based questioning (give examples). Second interview with 3 individuals, no knowledge of questions beforehand. 3 questions in that interview. Was told twice I'd hear back within a week, total process is almost 4 months long at this point and 4 weeks since last contact. Very frustrating to be dragged along with no communication during a job search.

There was a phone interview, then an online interview with 3 people. They went through some basic questions, asked about future goals, what types of software I have used in the past, then got back to me a few days later.
