Interview
I was contacted for an interview, I have passed their logical and mathematical test. But during the interview, they proposed another job for which they didn't have details. The interview stopped in the middle because my salary expectations were to high for them. I tried to convince them that I am open to negociate, it took me several minutes to convince HR person to establiah another interview. She agreed but then she come back saying that I am not a fit because I am overqualified (not!) And I ask too much.

Logical and mathematical test
After I have passed their test, I got contacted for an interview.
Discussion with recruiter, followed by an online test and an interview with the team manager. During the last interview, I was constantly told that it's a very fast paced, competitive environment and that others have left due to not being able to keep up. I got the impression that employee well being wasn't exactly a priority.

Interview
There are several processes, I only had two interviews, the first one is not hard, second one was combined by value interview and case interview. The value interview mainly around how you understand the values of the company and the case interview is more about making presentation.
