Interview
Straightforward and with good round view of the teams you will be working with. Some lack of clarity on path to longer term. Clear mission for the group and reasonable number of interviews for the level being recruited. Proper adjustment of position to meet candidate expertise and value contribution
Clear and pretty straight forward. Process involved a couple of conversations with hiring manager, team directors and a few follow-ups. The interviewers are friendly and objective - they provide you with a very fair opportunity to showcase yourself.

Tell us about a time you produced work that you were particularly proud of.
The positioning talks up a hybrid model but the reality is a rigid, hierarchical and outdated consulting culture. Interview was cold and dismissive with no opener and zero intros. Interview kicked off 'why Strategy3?' Bait-and-switch questions throughout. Insight was ignored. And the passive aggressive and condescending tone made it clear they aren't open to range. No thank you.
