      The interviews include 2 round: One with the HR manager, and the other with the Quantitative Research team. The HR interview is quite straight forward, not much technical knowledge mentioned

      I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Ipsos (Ho Chi Minh City) in June 2021

      Interview

      CV screening, then 30-minute interview with HR, then 1-hour panel interview with one Research Manager, one Associate Manager and one Senior. Interview with HR had very basic questions, some not quite meaningful. Half the time were simple explanations of the role, expectations, and salaries. Questions regarding days off per month and other benefits went unanswered. Interview with the Research Team had 1/4 technical questions, 1/2 behavioural and 1/4 Q/A regarding the JD.

What skills does a Researcher need to have and what do you have? What are your top 3 concerns in the short run? Why? How did COVID/wfh conditions affect your routine? What is your weakness? What do you expect from this position and how do you feel with the above JD?
